Stress Management

The negative effects of stress are a worldwide concern. It affects our health and personal performance, consequently affecting our interpersonal, organizational and social performances.
The stress management course develops a set of techniques, enabling individuals and staff to better adapt to changes and perform in crisis management situations, as well as increasing their potential in making decisions or encourage their teams for the departmental or organizational project.
The goal of this course is to present and teach behavioural control of stress coping strategies in daily life.
