Training / Levels of Intervention

In a world of high complexity, the survival of a company depends on its capability of self-organization adapting to the constraining surroundings.
According to a systematic logic, different levels - subsystems that self-organize, compose the organization mutually. The Organizational Development depends directly on the development of the multiple levels that compose the system. If we change one of the elements of any of the systemic levels, this will reflect on the previous and following system.

The effectiveness and efficiency of the Organization is the effectiveness and efficiency of the people involved and the exchange systems they establish.
The more we develop the levels that feed the organization, the higher will be the available potential and the effectiveness of the adaptation to the surrounding organization.
